• In case of no show for services requiring transportation, a penalty of 50% will be charged.
• The tour is not wheelchair friendly.

• Clients with recent illnesses, flu, cough or fever are restricted from participating in the tour
• Children from 8 years old and up participate in the snorkeling activity. Children under 8 years old stay on the boat under the supervision of a responsible adult.
• For safety reasons the activities are not recommended for clients with pre-existing medical conditions (diabetes, asthma, epilepsy, respiratory conditions, high blood pressure, neck and back injuries, and heart disease).
