What people actually need to sort out

Not a directory of everything on site — the handful of things that genuinely have to be solved, with where they are and what they cost.

What is in each terminal

Accessibility and travelling with children

Two situations that change what matters in a terminal, and where the general advice stops being useful.

Opening hours move with the flight schedule. Shops and food outlets here open around the banks of departures rather than to a fixed timetable, so a terminal that is busy at six in the morning can be shuttered at eleven at night. Where hours matter we give them with the date we checked, and say so when a source disagrees.
