- People with disabilities do not pay for access.
- Children under 5 years old are free, children 6 years old and older pay full price.
Good to know
- People wearing makeup, suntan lotion, etc. will not be allowed to enter, as it is a nature reserve.
- No food or beverages from outside the restaurant are allowed in the reservation.
- BCDs and snorkel equipment are free during the guided tour, after which you can rent them.
- It is advisable to know how to swim to enjoy the cenotes in their maximum splendor.
- Not recommended for pregnant women.
- Not recommended for people with back problems, mobility or heart problems.
