- The Xenotes Tour is available Monday through Saturday.
- Wear comfortable beach clothes and a bathing suit. Bring an extra change of clothes.
- Confirm the time and place of departure of your transportation.
- Your sunscreen and suntan lotion should only contain titanium oxide and zinc oxide for use in the Park.
- Bring cash or a credit card to purchase photos of your visit.
- It is important to consider that the cenotes are located in the middle of the jungle, so the roads to reach them are not paved.

- Xenotes Oasis Maya Tour activities are recommended for children over six years old.
- This tour is not recommended if you have heart, lung, spine, asthma, diabetes, hypertension, are pregnant, or suspected to be pregnant.
- Children over 1.40 m but under 12 years of age must present identification proving their age.
