Important information
Know before you go
- Xcaret Mexico is open every day from 8:30 am to 10:30 pm.
- Children under 4 years old are free. Children from 5 to 11 years old pay half the adult ticket (in both cases it is necessary to present identification at the park's ticket booths).
- Children over 1.40 m, but under 12 years old, must also present identification to prove their age.
- Reservations canceled more than two days prior to arrival date are subject to a 10% administration fee. Reservations canceled 2 to 0 days prior to arrival date, or in case of non-arrival, are non-refundable.
- It is not possible to change your arrival date on the day of your visit.
- Use of snorkel equipment requires a refundable deposit of $100 MXN or $10 USD.
