lost-and-found

The Lost and Found Department is operated entirely by the Security Office. Although this office is part of the airport, it works independently and has its own policies and procedures.

The Security Airport receives and processes all items found within the airport. The items are usually returned to the owners, passengers, airport personnel, or security officers, but not all items are reported. All airport staff is inspected on both entry and exit on the business day, in order to ensure that they do not take items that they might have found.

The Security Office is NOT responsible for luggage or any item that is forgotten inside the airplane. Luggage is only handled by the airline’s personnel and not by the airport’ staff or security. If you are missing a piece or your baggage is damaged you must contact your airline directly and file a complaint. The airport can not assist you in any form.

Missing articles may be claimed by the owners. This may be done by phone or in-person since you will be asked specific questions about the belongings. Request via e-mail is not accepted. If you want to claim a lost item please call:
